Qualifications
Requirements

1. 2 Valid ID's (any government ID like SSS, Driver's License, Passport, etc.)

2. 3 pcs of 1x1 Picture

3. TIN Number

4. Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate (if widowed Death Certificate, if separated Annulment paper)

5. Cedula

6. Certificate of Employment or Job Contract

7. Photo copy of Passport: Departure and Arrival (For OFW / Seaman)

8. Latest Proof of Billing for SPA only / Locally Employed (like Meralco, Water Bills, Landline Phone Bills)

9. Post Dated Checks for Down Payment

10. SPA Form to be Consularized (Developer Provided Form for OFWs)

11. Income Tax Return (for Locally Employed)

  • Legal Miscellaneous Fees at 12% of the Total Selling Price of the unit.

  • Down Payment is 12.5% of the Total Contract Price. Payable in 15 months at 0% interest

  • Balance to be loaned from the developer: 87.5% of the Total Contract Price

  • Start of Amortization is after the approval of your bank loan.

  • Developer Assisted

  • Estimated move in date on the 25th month.

  • No bank charges

  • No move in fee

  • Title Transfer included

Our Accredited Bank:

1. Buyer must be a Filipino Citizen

2. Buyer must have a CLEAR legal status (If Single; Single. If Married; must be in good terms with his/her spouse.)

3. Must be Employed (Locally / OFW / Self Employed)

4. Buyer must not have a Credit Card Delinquency (such us carloan/bank loan/creditcard) or any Loan Amnesty

5. Buyer must not have any Criminal record

6. Buyer must be a Good Payer on 15pcs post dated checks (Basis of Profriends for Bank Loan Approval)
