Down Payment FAQs

What is Down Payment?

Downpayment (DP) is the percentage deducted on the Total Contract Price of the unit.

It is payable over a period of time and will not bear any interest

How long is the down payment term for an specific financing scheme?

   In-House Financing

  • Ready for Occupancy: 6 - 12 months to pay

  • Preselling: 15 months to pay

  Bank Financing

  • Ready for Occupancy: 6-12 months to pay

  • Preselling: 15 months to pay

  Pag-IBIG Financing

  • Ready for Occupancy: 6-9 months to pay

  • Preselling: 12 months to pay

When will my down payment start?

1 month after your reservation date.

Example:

Reservation Date: March 19 - DP Starts: April 19.

If ever you reserved your unit by 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your first down payment will automatically be at the 1st of the month after the next.

Example:

Reservation Date: March 29 - DP Starts: May 1

If I pay full on Down Payment or Total Contract Price, will the house be constructed in advance?

No. House completion indicated in the Price list will still be followed.

Is there an interest if ever I delayed my payment?
None. But a penalty of 1% on your monthly down payment will be charged in each day you fail to pay for your monthly due.
Example:

If your monthly DP is Php7,150.00/mo., your penalty is Php7.15 / day of delay.

If your monthly DP is Php10,133.00/mo., your penalty is Php10.13 / day of delay.

How much is the required down payment for an specific scheme?

   In-House Financing

  • 20% of the Total Contract Price

  Bank Financing

  • 12.5% of the Total Contract Price

  Pag-IBIG Financing

  • 10% of the Total Contract Price
