Qualifications

1. Buyer must be an active Pag-IBIG member with at least 24 months of contribution by the time of Loan Application.

2. Buyer must not be more than 65 years old upon Loan Application and not more than 70yrs old upon Loan Maturity.

3. Buyer must have legal capacity to acquire a unit and must pass pag-ibig's background/credit/employment/business checks.

4. Buyer must not have outstanding Pag-Ibig Short term Loan or Housing Loan in arrears at the time of Loan Applicaton.

5. Buyer must not have Loans that was foreclose, cancelled or bought back due to default.

6. Buyer must be currently employed and has a gross monthly income of:

Catherine Townhouse - P22,500 and above

Diana Townhouse - P25,000 and above

1. Approved Membership Status Verification Slip

2. Two (2) pcs. 1x1 ID picture

3. Residence Certificate / Cedula

4. Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs

5. Additional Documents based on buyer's civil status

6. Proof of billing

7. Birth Certificate (if with co-borrowers)

8. Post Dated Checks (24 pcs)

9. * For Locally Employed *

- Latest ITR with attached W2 form stamped received by BIR or BIR Form 2316

- Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation employer format plus 1 month payslip (if government employee)

- Other income documents that the Pag-IBIG may prescribe

10. * for Self Employed *

- ITR / Audited Financial Statement / OR of tax payment to bank

- DTI Registration / Mayor's Permit

11. * For OFWs *

- Employment Contract (EC) with english translation if written in foreign language

- Certificate of Income duly certified by employer
